Terms and Conditions
By registering for any session or programme offered by Chaos to Calm for New Moms, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your payment.
About our services
Chaos to Calm for New Moms offers live small-group online sessions (via Zoom) and a 3-day WhatsApp-based programme for new mothers with babies aged 0 to 12 months. These are educational and practical in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
Registration and payment
- Your spot is confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Payment is processed securely via Instamojo. We do not store your card or UPI details.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- Batch sizes are small and limited. Registration on a first-come, first-served basis.
Session conduct
- Live Zoom sessions are not recorded. What is shared in the room stays in the room.
- WhatsApp groups are closed and private. No screenshots policy applies.
- We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive or disrespectful behaviour without a refund.
- Sessions begin at the stated time. Late joins are accommodated where possible but the session will not be held for latecomers.
Our limitations
Chaos to Calm for New Moms is run by an individual who is not a certified therapist, doctor, lactation consultant, or sleep coach. Our sessions provide practical frameworks based on lived experience. If you are dealing with postpartum depression, a medical condition, or need clinical support, please seek appropriate professional help.
By completing payment, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that life with a newborn is unpredictable. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both sides.
Cancellations by you
- If you cancel more than 48 hours before your batch starts, you will receive a full refund or a transfer to the next available batch, at your choice.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of the batch start, no refund will be issued. However, we will do our best to move you to the next batch where possible.
- If you are unable to attend due to a genuine emergency (baby hospitalisation, family crisis), please WhatsApp us. We will handle it with discretion and good faith.
Cancellations by us
- In the rare event that we need to cancel a batch, you will receive a full refund or priority placement in the next batch.
- If a batch is rescheduled and the new time does not work for you, a full refund will be issued.
No-shows
If you do not attend without notifying us, the session fee is forfeited. We are unable to offer refunds or transfers for no-shows.
To request a cancellation or transfer, WhatsApp us at +91 91762 14840 with your name and payment reference. We respond within 24 hours.
Shipping and Delivery
All our products and services are delivered digitally. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no delivery address required. This policy is not applicable to our business.
Session access (Zoom links and WhatsApp group invitations) is delivered via WhatsApp and email within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
Privacy
We collect your name, email address, and phone number at the time of payment. This information is used solely to confirm your registration, add you to your batch, and send you session details.
- We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party.
- We do not store payment details. All transactions are handled by Instamojo.
- Anything shared within a session or WhatsApp group is kept strictly confidential.
